David Armstrong the artist is regarded as one of America’s foremost realist painters. David was born in 1947 and died in 1998. His watercolors depict the simple rural life and emphasize the harmony between man and nature. His works are represented in museums as well as corporate and private collections.  
Many of david Armstrong's watercolors have been reproduced as limited edition prints.  The Blues is probably on of the most acclaimed.  It is very typical of his depiction of simple country life.  Some have compared his style to be similar to Andrew Wyeth.
